Policies and Expectations

TL;DR because some people can't be bothered to read: don't be an asshole, check your emails, drink some water, and don't rush me. We're all adults here and I will always air on the side of over communicating.

SHIPPING

I am one person running this shop. I also work a full time (read: 60 hours) job that takes up most of my time. This means that I am at work before AND after the post office closes. I try to ship at my earliest convenience, which tends to be Saturday mornings. I will ALWAYS include tracking info as soon as I get it. If there are any delays, I will reach out via email.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom items take time. And most of the time, I purchase supplies specifically for your custom item. For both of these reasons, custom items are NOT REFUNDABLE. Failure to fill out the custom order form will delay your product being made. I will reach out via email should I have questions about a customization you've requested. However, if there isn't a response to said email within 24 hours, I will take creative liberty to the best approximation to your request.

SERVICES

All services are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you are not satisfied with any services, reach out and we can discuss it, like adults. Dissatisfaction, paired with bad attitude, is a good way to fast track your way to the blocked list. Please don't make me make a blocked list.
